December 6th, 2021 AAJ Update
Help us create a Legacy for Judson College!
After consulting with counsel for the college this afternoon, our lawyer confirmed an ever-changing scenario regarding the December 11th auction that will take place on the college campus for Alumnae.
It has now been cited that tomorrow (Tuesday, December 7th) President Robinson will circulate an itemized list of things to be auctioned, along with starting bid prices which will reflect the appraised amounts. In addition, the more valuable items will NOT be included, but items that might have more interest to the Alumnae. This will be the first of several auctions, the next will include the more valuable items and will be conducted by an auction firm at a date not yet set.
We plan to be in attendance on Saturday for the auction to make every effort to secure those items that tell the Judson story and secure the cornerstone of our Judson Legacy!
The “Donate Now” buttons are available on our alwaysajudson.org website as well as on Facebook to share with your friends and family. Time is still critical to raise money since we don’t yet know the total amount we will need to raise in an effort to secure these precious archives.
Don’t give up! Almost one year ago and in just 2.5+ weeks, we all contributed to the $1.5 million goal to reinstate on-campus teaching so that those students could graduate and experience the traditions together. With your help, WE can do this together!
